All Custom and Pre-Orders take approximately 2–3 weeks to be completed after your order has been placed and confirmed.
If you need your order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it will arrive on time.

- The majority of our pieces are true to size. We recommend ordering your everyday size.
- Example: If you usually wear L/14, order L/14.
- For Scrunch Dresses, we suggest sizing down one size.
- Example: If you usually wear L/14, order M/12.
- If you’re unsure, feel free to email us for sizing advice.
- For urgent orders, you can also order a size up and have it altered if needed.
