RETURNS

Please email/message to discuss exchange before sending! ALL EXCHANGES WITHOUT AGREEMENT WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO SENDER

Return for exchange ONLY - NEEDS to be made 7 Days within receiving package ANY RETURNS EXCEEDING past the 7 Day period will be rejected and sent back

International Customers:  MUST Be Returned with Tracking Number sent to us via EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING PACKAGE in order to be accepted for an exchange   

Note: If the size you’re wanting to exchange is OUT OF STOCK it will be a 3 week waiting period for your size to come back IN STOCK (subject to change)

ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES WILL BE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGES AND NO RETURNS!!! 

- Some sale items may have been put on sale due to failed quality checks, stitching imperfections, or any issue that would deem it not be worthy of our customers paying full price for the item. Purchasing this item means that you accept the faulty issue with the garment and no returns, refunds or exchanges can be made 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

NO REFUNDS AND/OR EXHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS!!!

Once order has been placed and payment/deposit has been made you have 24hours to CANCEL or make any CHANGES with the order. After 24hours you can no longer make any changes or cancel your order 

Custom orders cannot be altered or returned if your size is incorrect. If your item is too big we cannot alter it at House of Aulelei. If the sizing is too small you can repurchase for correct size at customers expense

 

PRE ORDER ITEMS

By Purchasing you agree to ALL Pre order terms 

- There are NO Refunds/Exchanges/Returns on ALL Pre Order Items

- ALL PRE ORDERS Take 2-3 weeks before being ready Ship/Collect 

- All sizes are in AMERICAN SIZING 

- No Cancellations or Refunds AFTER 24HOURS of placing order 

- All pieces made with a Pre-ordered Purchase will be sent all together with the Pre Ordered Piece/s. If you want instock items sent separately you will need to place it on a seperate order
