• House of Aulelei does not profit from these fees and we cannot predict the exact amount, as they are determined by your local government and courier.

Courier Changes:

If a courier change is required (e.g., from AusPost Standard to DHL Express), this may result in different shipping costs or additional duties/taxes. We will do our best to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Pre-Orders:

• All pre-orders are processed in the order they are received.
• If a pre-order item was purchased with Standard Shipping and later upgraded to DHL Express due to courier or tariff requirements, delivery times and costs may differ.
• Customers will be notified of any changes affecting their order.

Responsibility:

• House of Aulelei will always cover the initial shipping fee you select at checkout.
• Any additional duties, tariffs, or courier-imposed charges at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you choose not to accept or pay these charges, your order may be returned to us. In this case, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees).
